Mr. Richard P. Lambert, 71, of Biddeford, passed away Friday, November 13th, 2020.
Mr. Lambert was born in Biddeford, Maine to Paul and Cecile (Credit) Lambert.
He attended Biddeford High School graduating in 1967. Richard married Constance Lachance on April 27th, 1968 in St. Andre’s Church.
Richard worked 45 years as a self-employed General Contractor and was a member of the Saco Yacht Club. Dick always had a story to tell. He liked hunting, fishing, lobstering, visiting Bingham, and other outdoor activities along with cooking. He could be seen at West Street Market, many local coffee shops, and fishing the Saco River.
Above all Dick loved watching his children and grandchildren participate in many sporting events over the years.
Mr. Lambert is predeceased by his parents Paul and Cecile Lambert. His Uncle Theodore and Aunt Alfreda LeBlond raised him and his siblings after his parents passed away. Also predeceased are three Sisters Jo-Anne Clark 2015, Jackie Belanger 1999, and Suzanne Millette 1997.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Constance Lachance Lambert of Biddeford; son Keith Lambert (Shari) of Saco; Daughter Kerrie Edgerton (Joshua) of Biddeford; sister Jeannie Lehoux (Marc) of Biddeford; brother Theodore LeBlond (Ginny) of Peoria, AZ; sister Connie Dale of Lyman. Grand children Benjamin, Brady, Olivia, Charlotte, Carter, Kurtis, and Travis.

Public visiting Hours will be 4-8p.m. on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A funeral service will be for family only. Burial and a celebration of Dick’s life will be at a later date in the spring. To share condolences online, please visit www.HopeMemorial.com.
