Welcome to the memorial page for

Jeannine L. Beaudoin

January 23, 1937 ~ July 8, 2017 (age 80)

Jeannine L. Beaudoin, 80 of Saco and formerly of Biddeford died July 8, 2017 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough after a long illness. She was born in Biddeford on January 23, 1937, a daughter of Leon & Alice (Goudreau) Paul and was educated in Biddeford schools.

Jeannine was a lifelong parishioner of the Good Shepherd Parish.  Her earliest passion was working with children, so much so that she owned and operated the Lollipop Lane Nursery School in Saco during the 1960s and 1970s.  She would just beam when she heard about an accomplishment regarding one of her former students.  Jeannine then worked as a binder at West Point Pepperell textile mill where she eventually retired in 1999.  In her retirement years she enjoyed working part-time as the weekend receptionist at Seal Rock Healthcare.  She was a wonderful mother, aunt & grandmother.  One of her greatest joys in life was supporting her grandchildren in all of their creative and academic pursuits and making traditional French Canadian pork pies during the holidays for her family.  She was an avid reader and her favorite genres included biographies and politics.

Jeannine is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Therese Neault and a nephew Richard Neault.

Surviving are:
1 son: Marc Beaudoin & his wife Carla of Gorham
1 granddaughter: Maria Beaudoin of Columbia, South Carolina
1 grandson: Cory Beaudoin & his wife Jessica of Boston
1 niece: Claudette Gehrke & her husband Skip of Kittery

2 nephews: Ronald Neault & his wife Sheila, Dennis Neault all of Biddeford
