Jacqueline Marcotte

Jacqueline Marcotte, 83, died Saturday, July 28, 2018 at her home.  She was born March 26, 1935 in Biddeford a daughter of Napoleon and Antoinette (Cantara) Dupras and was educated locally.

On June 28, 1958 she married Fernand G. In 1981 they opened the Biddeford Bottle and Can Redemption Center.  They worked their business full time until their retirement in 1994.

Jackie had enjoyed the travels and cruises that she took with Fern and their many friends.  Las Vegas and casinos were a favorite destination.  In her latter years, she enjoyed spending time with her friends, fondly referred to as the “party girls.”  A loving mother and grandmother, she spent many an enjoyable day with her family at her camp on Bunganut Lake in Lyman.  Christmas was her favorite time of year.  Nothing gave her more joy than to share this special season with family and friends.
