Raymond Leo Dussault, 80, of Biddeford died on July 31, 2012 at Maine Medical Center with his family by his side. He was born in Biddeford on July 10, 1932 the son of Albert and Rose Anna Nolette Dusseault and attended St Andres School.

He married Therese Boilard on November 8, 1952. He enlisted in the Army on December 3, 1952 and served in the Korean War as a Corporal.

After his discharge he worked for his brother- in- law Raymond Gosselin as a mason. In 1971 he started his own masonry business in which he was active until his passing, leaving it to his sons and son-in-law to carry on his legacy. He was a dedicated family man who enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, gardening and kayaking. He also had a passion for cooking.

Raymond was predeceased by a daughter Mary, a sister Mary and a brother Oscar.

Surviving are his wife of 60 years, three sons Steve and his wife Nancy, James and his wife Cindy, Keith and his wife Kristina, two daughters Elaine Cantara and her husband Raymond, and Debra Grenier and her husband Donald. Two brothers Albert of Calif. and William of Biddeford and a sister Claire Gosselin of Biddeford, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visiting Hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Hope Memorial Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford. Arrangements are by Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005.
