Camille L. Bolduc

Camille L. Bolduc, 87, of Biddeford died Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Southern Maine Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in St. George de Beauce, PQ, Canada on August 6, 1924 a son of Remi and Marie Louise Crete Bolduc. He was educated in Canada and Biddeford school graduating from Biddeford High School Adult Education.

During World War II, Camille served 3 years with the Royal Canadian Air Force.

On November 13, 1946 he married Suzanne G. Roberge in St. Jean Baptiste, PQ, Canada. In 1953 he moved to Biddeford.

He worked a few years as an electrician with Saco Electric, and later owned and operated Camille’s Electric in Biddeford for 25 years retiring in 1983.

Camille was a member and Past Master of the Biddeford Masonic Lodge, Dunlop Lodge #47, a member of the Biddeford Historical Society and the Franco American Genealogical Society in Biddeford. He enjoyed traveling and genealogy.

He was predeceased by a son John Bolduc in 1980.

his wife of 65 years of Biddeford

2 daughters: Lucie Bolduc & her companion Ronnie Ford of Pennegrove, CA
Helene Boucher & her husband Raymond of Lyman

1 brother: Andre Bolduc of St. George de Beauce, PQ

6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews

2 sisters-in-law: Frances Allen of O.O. Beach
Louise Laverriere of Biddeford

1 brother-in-law: Jean Roberge of Londonderry, NH

Visiting hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012 at Hope Memorial Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005 . Private burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford.
