Nancy V. Harlow, 68, of Biddeford, died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Seal Rock Healthcare, Saco, following a long illness. She was born July 19, 1943 in Biddeford, a daughter of Arsene and Alma (Belanger) Pelletier. She attended local schools, graduating from Biddeford High School in 1961.
On July 3, 1963 Nancy married Wayne A. Harlow at St. Joseph’s Church, Biddeford.
She was co-owner of The Bait Shop, Biddeford, with her husband for over 30 years. Previously she worked with local shoe shops for several years before earning her CNA license and working at St. Andre’s Healthcare, Biddeford, for over 10 years.
Nancy was past-president of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She loved scouting yard sales all over York County and adding to her sizable collection of frog theme memorabilia. Nancy loved reading, especially romance novels, and always looked forward to visits by her grandchildren.
She is predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth and Johny Pelletier.

her husband of 48 years, Wayne A. Harlow, Sr.
3 sons- Scot A. Harlow and his companion Dawn of Biddeford
Rafe K. Harlow and his companion Sarah of Biddeford
Wayne A. Harlow, Jr. of Biddeford
1 brother- Gil Pelletier and his wife Ann of Florida
1 sister- Joyce Palmitessa of Old Orchard Beach
6 grandchildren- Dennis, Daniel, John, Nicole, Wayne, and Brittany
and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be 2 until 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Hope Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be celebrated on Monday at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, Biddeford.
