Ralph R. Bouvier

November 11, 1929 ~ March 13, 2018 (age 88)

Ralph R. Bouvier, 88 of Concord, NH formerly of Biddeford died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the VNA Hospice in Concord following a long battle with Alzheimer's and complication's with kidney failure.

He was born November 11, 1929 in Biddeford, ME, A son of Joseph U. & Bella (Tanguay) Bouvier and was educated locally at St. Louis High.

 

Ralph served in the U.S. Army from 1950-1953. He was a lieutenant in The National Guard for 18 years and worked as an engineer for several construction companies and the City of Biddeford.

 

He was predeceased by his daughter Cynthia M. Bouvier in 1981, and by his younger brother Henry J. Bouvier in 2015.

 

Surviving are:

    Maria Anne (Barbano) Bouvier, his wife of 64 years, of Concord, NH.

 

4 daughters:

    Lola Blackstone of Saco, ME    

    Linda Floros and husband Peter of Portsmouth, NH

    Lisa Couture and husband Carl of Waterboro, ME

    Jacqueline Brennan of Biddeford, ME

 

4 sons:

    Joseph Bouvier and his wife Leah of Penacook, NH

    Bruce Bouvier and his wife Sherri of Concord, NH

    Daniel Bouvier and his wife Heather of Muscle Shoals, AL

    William Bouvier and his husband Troy Smith of Los Angeles, CA

 

Brother Paul and family of Gainsville, FL

Sisters Emeline Moreau and family of Southington, CT

and Irene Lavalliere and family of Biddeford, ME

 

15 grandchildren:

Michelle Paquette, Scott McLeod, Brooke Bellerose, Atom McLeod, Brit Bartlett, Daniel Bouvier, Samantha Schofield,

Paige Thorpe, Sarah Bouvier, Travis Brennan, Maeghan Brennan, Courtney Couture, Mackenzie Brennan, Haleigh Couture, 

and Dalton Bouvier

 

11 great grandchildren:

Alexis, Olivia and Elaina Paquette, Aiden McDonough, Xavier Bellerose, Nevaeh Bouvier, Emma Brennan, Paityn Thorpe,

Madison Brennan, Mikayla & Brianna Bouvier

 

Visiting Hours will be at 10am to 11am on Saturday March 17, 2018 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A funeral service will follow at 11 am at the funeral home.
