Pauline G. Paul, 99, of Biddeford died on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at St. Andres Healthcare in Biddeford. She was born on March 6, 1918 to Adolphe and Delia (Berthiaume) Normand in Biddeford. She was educated in Biddeford schools, graduating from Biddeford High School in the class of 1969.
For 3 years she worked with M.H. Fishman’s and 3 years with J.D. Boucher Department stores. She proudly served in the United States Navy during WWII and was stationed in Washington, DC.
On January 5, 1946, she married Peter F. Paul in W. Palm Beach, FL at Morrison Field Military Chapel. They spent 61 years together until his death on May 8, 2007.
She received her CNA certificate from Biddeford High School. She worked at Southridge and with Visiting Nurse Service Health Care for 14 years before retiring in 1993. She was a member of Most Holy Trinity and served as a Eucharistic Minister. She was a member of Biddeford Senior Citizens where she served as a historian. She was also a charter member of WAVES National #41. She enjoyed sewing, dancing, doing home crafts, her Red Sox baseball and more than anything, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her four siblings, Blanche Guay, Ralph Normand, Oscar Normand and Rita Cote.

4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews
Visiting Hours will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Most Holy Trinity Church in Saco. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford.
