Jeannette Larose, 99, of Saco died Thursday, June 1, 2017 at her home. She was born November 24, 1917 in Biddeford, a daughter of Edmond and Roseanna (Gagne) Lehouillier and was educated in local schools.
On November 25, 1939, she married Ubald Larose in St. Andre’s church in Biddeford.
She and her husband wintered in Bradenton, FL at the Eagles Village for many years; she had a cottage in Bridgton where she enjoyed the company of the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jeannette kept a manicured lawn and would wage war on each crop of dandelions. She enjoyed dancing, and was a member of the “Rockettes”, a local line dancing group; she kept dancing as long as she was able.

Visiting Hours will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on _Tuesday at Most Holy Trinity Church, 271 Main St., Saco, ME 04072. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
