Helen Nadeau, 69, of Alfred died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 surrounded by her family at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford. She was born January 31, 1948 in Biddeford, a daughter of Paul and Blanche (Bouffard) Chabot and was educated at St. Joseph’s School and High School.
On July 6, 1968, she married Ronald Nadeau in St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford.
Helen had been employed at West Point Pepperell and Pratt & Whitney before starting Helen’s Cleaning Service which she operated for 10 years, retiring in 2009.
Above all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed sewing and going to yard sales.
Preceding her in death were a sister, Priscilla Armstrong, and a brother, Paul Chabot.

4 sisters: Patricia Rondeau, Diane Saucier, Claire Paul, and Donna Motolla
4 brothers: Robert, Steve, Marc, and Donald Chabot

Visiting Hours will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 a.m. Monday August 14th in St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford.
